This is a test of having the initiator offer AES + 3des, and the responder
having 3des + AES (note the change of order of algs)
This is to test bug #789

Same as algo-pluto-05 but now with aes_cbc,3des_cbc vs aes,3des.
(not sure if this test should fail or pass)
